Create a listing on NatureStay showcasing your nature-inspired rental — a log home, cabin, A-frame, treehouse, tiny home, dome, or other unique stay. Your listing is curated alongside thousands of qualified travelers actively searching for nature escapes.

Keep your booking platform
Connect or link your existing direct-booking website or supported booking platform. NatureStay does not take over your reservation process — you remain in full control of pricing, availability, house rules, guest communication, deposits, and payments.

NatureStay sends you guests
Travelers discover your property on NatureStay and follow your booking link to complete their reservation directly through your platform. Each referral is tracked with a unique identifier tied to your listing.

Pay only on confirmed bookings
When a NatureStay-referred guest completes a booking, a 10% referral commission is automatically calculated on the pre-tax booking total and charged to your account. Taxes are always excluded from the commission base.

The NatureStay referral commission is 10% of the property's entire pre-tax booking total. Taxes, cleaning fees designated as tax-exempt, and any refundable deposits are excluded from the commission calculation.
Automatic charge on confirmation
Commissions are charged automatically when a referred reservation is confirmed — no manual invoicing required. The charge is processed through your connected payment method on file with NatureStay.
Cancellation protection
If a qualifying reservation is canceled and fully refunded to the guest, the corresponding NatureStay referral commission is reversed or refunded in accordance with the program's cancellation terms. Partial refunds result in a proportional commission adjustment.
Tracking and reporting
Your host dashboard provides a full record of NatureStay-referred traffic, confirmed bookings attributed to NatureStay, commission charges, and any cancellation adjustments. All records are available for export.
Referral Verification
Two ways to confirm every referral.
NatureStay uses a dual-verification approach to accurately attribute bookings. Referral tracking links embedded in your listing automatically record when a traveler follows your booking link from NatureStay. Additionally, NatureStay members who complete a stay can confirm their booked property and stay dates directly in their account — providing a secondary signal that helps match NatureStay referrals with completed reservations and resolve any attribution questions.
In cases where automatic tracking is unavailable, guest-confirmed reservations serve as supporting evidence for commission attribution.

Program Terms

Qualifying referral
A qualifying referral is a reservation completed by a traveler who arrived at the host's booking platform via a NatureStay referral link or whose stay is confirmed by a verified NatureStay member account.
Commission calculation
The commission base is the pre-tax booking total as reported by the host's booking platform or as confirmed through the NatureStay verification process. Taxes, government-mandated fees, and refundable security deposits are excluded.
Cancellations and refunds
Full cancellations with a complete guest refund result in a full commission reversal. Partial refunds result in a proportional commission adjustment. Commissions on non-refundable bookings are non-reversible.
Payment method
Hosts must maintain a valid payment method on file with NatureStay. Commission charges are processed automatically upon booking confirmation. Failed charges may result in listing suspension until the balance is resolved.
Program changes
NatureStay reserves the right to modify commission rates, program terms, or eligibility requirements with reasonable advance notice to participating hosts. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Dispute resolution
Commission disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge date. NatureStay will review supporting documentation including referral tracking data and guest-confirmed reservation records.
